We grow three varieties of grape - Rondo, Regent and Seyval Blanc.
Rondo - A hybrid variety grown for its good disease resistance, heavy cropping, very good colour, low acidity and high sugars.
After the harvest, Regent and Rondo are blended together for the Plantation Vineyards Red.
A portion of the harvest is aged in French Oak Barrels.
